These terms are the agreement between you and Sentinel Group, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company doing business as FullyComply. Using the service means agreeing to them.
FullyComply reads certificates of insurance, compares what they state against requirements you define, and asks insurance agents for documents that are missing, expiring or short of those requirements.
It reports what a certificate states. Nothing more. It does not verify coverage with the carrier, does not confirm a policy is in force, and does not tell you whether the cover is adequate for your risk. A certificate is a snapshot and can be superseded at any moment by cancellation or endorsement without our knowledge or yours.
FullyComply is not an insurance broker, agent, adviser or producer. Nothing it produces is insurance advice, legal advice, or a professional opinion. Decisions about who works on your property, what cover you require, and whether to accept a certificate remain entirely yours.
You must give accurate information when signing up, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite to it.
An account owner can add and remove other people. Anyone with access can see everything in the account, so add people accordingly.
New accounts get fourteen days free. No payment method is required to start, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. If you do not take a plan, the account is locked rather than deleted, and everything in it is kept as described in section 8.
A trial also creates a separate sandbox containing invented sample data so you can try the product without touching your own records. Email sent from a sandbox goes to you, never to a real agent. The sandbox is removed when the trial ends or when you take a plan.
Plans are priced by the number of tracked certificates — one company on one property or project. Properties, projects and companies are unlimited; only what is actively watched is counted.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
Moving up a plan takes effect immediately and the difference for the remainder of the period is charged at once. Moving down takes effect immediately with no refund for the remainder of the period.
No refunds are offered. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a period already paid for.
You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — the service keeps working until then, nothing further is charged, and you can withdraw the cancellation at any point before that date.
We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, that fails to pay, or that abuses the service in a way that affects others. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
You agree not to use FullyComply to break the law, to upload documents you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another customer's data, to interfere with the service, or to send messages through it that are unsolicited or misleading.
Roughly twenty states regulate what may be demanded on a certificate of insurance and prohibit requests that misrepresent the underlying policy. Reviewing your requirements against the rules where work is performed is your responsibility, not ours.
Certificates, company records and requirements you put into FullyComply remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store those documents, read them, compare them against your requirements, and send the messages you ask us to send.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including documents about third parties such as your vendors and their insurance agents.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train artificial intelligence models.
While an account is active, everything in it is kept.
When an account closes — whether a trial expires or a subscription ends — it is locked rather than deleted, and everything is kept for ninety days. Taking a plan during that period restores the account exactly as it was. We email warnings at sixty, thirty, fifteen and seven days before the date.
After ninety days everything is permanently deleted: records, uploaded certificates, and the account itself. This cannot be undone.
You may ask us to delete your data sooner, or for a copy of it, by writing to support@fullycomply.com.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because a service we depend on is unavailable.
Automated reminders depend on email being delivered and on our schedule running. Do not treat their absence as confirmation that a certificate is in order. The record in your account is what counts.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that certificate readings are accurate or complete. Reading is automated and can misread a document. You are able to correct a reading, and correcting it is your responsibility.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sentinel Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost business, or uninsured losses arising from a vendor's coverage being absent, lapsed or inadequate.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply only as far as the law permits.
You agree to indemnify Sentinel Group, LLC against claims arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of somebody else's rights.
We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts of Logan County, Oklahoma, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
