Priced by what we watch for you

A tracked certificate is one company on one job — the row you would otherwise be chasing. Properties, projects and companies are unlimited, because none of them cost anything on their own.

Every plan includes

  • Certificates read for you. Limits, dates, endorsements and who is named, pulled off the document.
  • Checked against your own requirements. Different rules for a roofer and a cleaner, if that is how you work.
  • Chased automatically. We email the agent when something is short or about to lapse, and keep asking.
  • Agents upload without an account. One link, no password, no support call.
  • Watched every day. Renewals surface before they expire rather than after somebody notices.
  • Unlimited properties, projects and companies. Only what we actively watch is counted.
  • Every document kept. Superseded certificates stay on file for your records.
  • Your whole team. No per-seat charge.

Questions people ask

What counts as a tracked certificate?

One company on one job. A landscaper working at four properties is four, because each one has its own expiry date, its own requirements and its own chase. A company you have added but not put on anything counts for nothing.

What if a job finishes?

Close it and its places come back the same day. The certificates stay on file for your records — storing them is free, and it is the watching you pay for.

What happens after the trial?

Everything you added stays exactly as it is. Add a plan whenever you like, during the trial or after it. Nothing is deleted for ninety days.

Do you charge to read a certificate?

No. Upload as many as you like, as often as you like. The free reader at /coi-reader/ needs no account at all.
